Returns

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your garment(s),

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with the tags still attached in order for a refund to be issued. 

Please email info@laceandivy.com to request a return and details on how to send your item(s) back to us. 

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected by our team. If any items are considered to be used or damaged, they will be refused for a refund with the exception of faulty items. 

Successful returns will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
